What is the suggested timeframe for completing the course?
For most women, a weekly learning frequency is recommended. This approach ensures that you will complete the series within a couple of months. However, some have found it beneficial to dive deep initially and then take a break before completing the series. This approach offers time to apply the learning and prepare for the next stage, both methods are effective.
If you're fully dedicated to the course, attending double sessions or learning twice a week, you will be able to have a shorter learning period.
However, the exact duration depends on the package you choose and session availability.
When is a good time to do this course, at what stage in one’s healing journey?
This course is flexible and can be undertaken at any point in the healing journey, offering benefits at all stages.
If someone is currently in a more challenging phase and not fully prepared for healing, they may experience stronger reactions to the exercises, which can be exceptionally beneficial. However, their motivation to engage with the healing process might be somewhat limited. On the contrary, at a later stage, they may exhibit fewer immediate reactions but stand to gain more, possessing the strength to confront and address emerging issues.
Will IÂ have to share anything about my life?
This is not therapy; the sessions primarily consist of practical exercises. Unlike traditional therapy sessions where individuals may share personal experiences and emotions, participants in these sessions are not required to disclose personal history. During the consultation process, some details may be necessary to ensure that the program is a good fit for the individual's needs and goals. During the sessions, emphasis is placed on the present and future, making it suitable for those who prefer a more structured or focused approach. This is achieved through practical exercises rather than delving into past experiences. Additionally, these sessions adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines in accordance with GDPR.
What can I do if I don't have easy access to Zoom?
This program can not be taught over the phone.
Ipads locked to Zoom are available to hire in many locations, contact me for more information regarding this.
The value to be gained from this series will be substantial and it is worthwhile to exert the effort, even though understandably, it may require an extra undertaking if Zoom is not easily accessible to you.
Is this program endorsed by anyone?
I wanted it to be suitable for all religious lifestyles so I took extra care to make sure that the curriculum is acceptable for everyone.
With guidance from Rabbi Dr Shimon Russell, the complete curriculum has now been reviewed by him, and has his endorsement too.
Rabbi Shimon Russell is a world renowned psychotherapist in private practice in Jerusalem. He holds an MSW from Rutgers Graduate School of Social Work and completed the Clinical externship program at the prestigious Ackerman Institute for Family Therapy in NY.
His expertise ranges in many areas but especially in marriage and the treatment of unresolved early childhood trauma.
Where are you based? What is your availability for sessions?
I live in the UK, which means that my working hours align with Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). I typically open up to new client intake three times a year. These periods are at the beginning of the winter term (post-Sukkos), following the winter holidays, and shortly after the new summer term begins (post-Pesach). During these periods, there are more sessions available.
My standard working hours are in the morning, although I remain flexible to accommodate specific circumstances, including alternative time slots when necessary. If it is important for you to start as soon as possible, we can explore available options.
Is the Tranquil Touch Program suitable for all situations?
This series is designed with the intention of assisting individuals who may face difficulties in finding pleasure within touch. However, it is important to note that these sessions are not appropriate for individuals navigating relationships characterized by abuse, addiction, or infidelity. In such cases, the content might not offer the required support tailored to the specific needs associated with these challenging relationship dynamics. It is recommended to seek more specialized and targeted assistance that can address the complexities inherent in these situations.
How can I determine whether this is the right fit for me if I have uncertainties?
To determine suitability, one must have a Tranquil Touch Consultation—a 20-minute session dedicated to exploring how this program can benefit you. Before enrolling, this session provides an opportunity to address any concerns you may have and assess your individual needs in preparation for enrolment in the Tranquil Touch Program.
Please note, if, at any point during the program, I determine that discontinuing the program would be prudent, the remaining balance of funds paid will be refunded.

Who best fits the criteria for this course?
Is The Tranquil Touch Program suitable for my teenage daughter?
This program is unique; it's a curriculum that can be imparted to a broad clientele. This series is suitable for everyone, irrespective of age, stage in life, or religious affiliation.
I have received numerous requests to extend the program to single girls, especially those on the path to marriage. While I recognize its potential benefits, I am not comfortable conducting these sessions. Instead, I propose that women learn the content and, in turn, teach it to their children.
Can I do this course together with my mother or a really close friend?
I exclusively offer one-on-one sessions because I genuinely believe it's the most effective way to maximize the benefits of your learning journey. While I totally understand that some clients might feel more comfortable working through exercises with a familiar face, and there might be a preference for me to facilitate sessions with two people, I've found that the advantages of individual sessions far surpass such preferences.
My main goal is to create a warm, secure, and confidential environment that optimizes the experience for each unique client. By choosing individual sessions, we eliminate potential distractions and really hone in on your personal growth. This ensures that you get the absolute most out of our time together, creating a deeper and more tailored learning experience.
I understand that having a friend along might seem like a great idea, especially if they're on a similar healing journey. However, it's essential to recognize that everyone's journey is profoundly unique and requires specific focus to cater to their individual needs. Your personal growth deserves dedicated attention, and I'm here to provide just that in our one-on-one sessions!
What is the background of the curriculum for the Tranquil Touch Program?
For over a decade, I immersed myself in comprehensive research and a diverse range of courses, all centred around the subject of touch.
The culmination of this extensive learning journey led me to establish the Tranquil Touch Program, where I integrated insights from the broad spectrum of my training and studies. I do not base my series on one particular technique or method, as I have had training in many different areas.
My fascination with touch began at a young age, observing how little children responded to cuddles and hugs. This curiosity prompted me to start my journey by studying Childcare, progressing through levels 1, 2, and 3. Through this, I gained a unique perspective, seeing the world of touch through the eyes of a child.
When touch is nurturing, loving, kind, and wanted by the child, touch plays a key role in healthy child development.​ Studies show that giving our children warm affectionate physical touch, helps our kids be happier, less anxious, and be able to create healthy emotional bonds in other relationships.
The complexity of touch tends to increase as children transition into adolescence and remains a complex issue as we enter adulthood and so my commitment to understanding touch didn't stop there; it spurred me to pursue further education.
I delved into various healing modalities, engaging in studies, training sessions, and workshops. This ongoing educational journey aimed to enhance my awareness and deepen my comprehension of the complexities and challenges associated with touch.
I have also completed training as a Kallah teacher, with Mrs Tehilla Abramov, in Israel and I have learnt much Hashkafah since to support the series that I teach. I am able to include it in the sessions if and when it's necessary.
Any Hashkafa taught in the Program has been reviewed by Rav Zimmerman. As a native of New York, Rav Shraga Feivel Zimmerman served as the Rov of Gateshead for 11 years, offering steadfast and effective leadership and guidance to our community. . Rav Zimmerman is now the Rov and Av Beis Din of the Federation in London. Rav Zimmerman is acknowledged worldwide as a respected and influential leader and posek.
Do I need to have any issues or difficulty with physical touch to do this course?
While the program can enhance emotional connection and enjoyment of touch for anyone, it is more relatable for those who've found touch challenging and haven't experienced the joy they hoped for. However, education in the area of touch is empowering for everyone! Unfortunately, many women do not get enough guidance in this area, and learning this series will ensure a deeper connection with touch that will ultimately bring a closer connection within relationships with our most loved ones. Just as we wouldn't drive a car without knowing how, it's a shame to go through life without knowledge that can help us, in an area that regularly affects us.
If I'm currently undergoing therapy, would it still be feasible for me to participate in this Program?
Absolutely. It's quite common for women to be referred to me while they're undergoing therapy. This is because my program offers a unique complement to traditional therapy methods, enhancing and maximizing their effectiveness. Importantly, one of the advantages of my program is that there doesn't need to be any coordination between the ongoing therapy sessions and participation in this program. Women can seamlessly integrate the two without the need for scheduling adjustments or additional coordination efforts. This flexibility not only simplifies the process for participants but also ensures that they can reap the benefits of both approaches without any added stress or inconvenience.
How challenging is it to understand and integrate The Tranquil Touch Program into one's life?
This series presents valuable concepts in a straightforward manner, making the information easily applicable to our daily lives. The exercises provided can be repeated with a spouse or children, seamlessly integrating them into our approach to touch. The learning journey is not only informative but also enjoyable, offering a pleasant experience from the program's practical content.
This series aims to provide women with the support they need to enjoy touch, prioritizing their individual needs without any pressure.
In the context of touch, would this course help me manage situations where I don't find those I'm interacting with, appealing?
Yes, this course addresses this concern. It goes beyond the surface of the physical and delves into the intricate world of our internal reactions.
Genuine pleasurable feelings are not solely reliant on external appearances but are rooted in the direct experience of touch. Feelings triggered by someone else's appearance or behaviour is termed as secondary reactions, a valid form of enjoyment, but not the primary one. This distinction becomes crucial, especially when considering unforeseen circumstances, such as a partner experiencing an unfortunate event that alters their appearance.
While secondary pleasure is valid, the course underscores the importance of cultivating a deeper, more sustainable form of pleasure that isn't contingent on external factors.
Contrary to media portrayals that emphasize physical appearance, the course underscores that touch is the direct pathway to enjoyment, including the ability to embrace touch for oneself.
Interestingly, the concept of attraction dates back to an era when living conditions were much more challenging. Back then, people assessed someone's health based on the lustrous and beautiful quality of their hair, as it indicated having sufficient vitality for childbearing. That is just one example of many, of how these ideas came into our world.
Furthermore, the course acknowledges the common challenge many individuals face in accepting their bodies for not aligning with societal ideals or not responding in the expected manner. The ultimate aim is to guide individuals towards learning and embracing themselves as they are, and experiencing a more genuine form of pleasure.
What are the requirements for participating in the Tranquil Touch program?
To effectively engage in the Tranquil Touch program, you will need a secure internet connection, using a laptop rather than your phone is advisable for clearer visibility and more effective hands-on participation in exercises.
A quiet environment free from potential disruptions is a necessary. The program cannot be taught while participants are responsible for caring for children, including very young babies, even if they are sleeping.
Full commitment to the program is essential, and minimizing distractions is crucial for optimal learning.
Upon enrolment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to schedule your sessions. Additionally, a comprehensive booklet will be sent to you via email, providing all necessary information for the sessions.

The Tranquil Touch program holds the potential to resolve all your touch-related difficulties. However, it does not guarantee to fix every one of these challenges. The Tranquil Touch Program will not work its magic independently; it requires effort on your part to reap the benefits. While this program has successfully helped thousands of women worldwide, your level of commitment to understand the program, the support network you have in place, and your ability to address any challenges that may arise will significantly influence the extent of the change that you will experience.
